

Pastor Gabriel Castillo is the founding pastor of The Pentecostals of East Lansing, POEL,and has served in the ministry for ten years. He holds a General Ministers License with the United Pentecostal Church International and a B.B.A from the University of Houston Downtown.
At the age of eighteen, Pastor Castillo entered the ministry as a music minister at The Pentecostals of West Houston, Pastor Scott T. Lewis, Houston, Texas. There he served faithfully for ten years as Music Minister, Youth Pastor, Pastoral Assistant, Administrator and Deacon. In addition, he served on the South Texas District Youth Committee as the Houston Metro West Youth Director for three years and founded Voices of West Houston, VOWH, sectional youth choir.
Pastor Castillo and his wife Christi were married May 1, 1999. Together, they have come to East Lansing, Michigan, with a vision for revival. This vision centers on the hunger for God in the East Lansing area and surrounding communities of Lansing, Okemos, Haslett, Dewitt, Holt, Mason and St. Johns.
